Development

We provide customers with continuous tracking of their requirements using the expertise of modern computer tools and the experience we have gained in our four decades of operation. When delivering our products, we make sure that their quality can never be called into question, which we achieve through laboratory control and the performance of a 100% final inspection.

The company has obtained the following quality standards: ISO 14001, ISO 9001, IATF 16949

We can perform comprehensive control of our products in our own laboratory, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. We also carry out the following tests and measurements:

tensile strength measurement – Rm
hardness testing pursuant to HV, HRC and HB methods
salt mist corrosion test pursuant to ISO 9227
X-ray measurements of metal coating thickness
microscopy, with a magnification of up to 1000 times,
friction coefficient measurements pursuant to ISO 16047, MBN 10544, VW 01131-1 and other standards

Quality policy

The main feature of Kovikor is the high quality of our products and business, with great attention being paid to ensuring excellent business relationships with our business partners and customers.

Our quality policy is based on the principle of zero errors and the objectives of 0 PPM. We use Brankamp control systems on machines to achieve this goal. All more complex elements are additionally inspected with Mectron and Dimac inspection machines before submission. We can inspect the lengths, diameters, radii, hardness, and application of surface protection. This ensures the highest possible quality of our products.
