MAThread®

In 2018, the company decided to purchase a license for patented MAThread® threads.

The MAThread® threads increase productivity during assembly in the manufacturing process, since the bolt and the nut are always placed in the correct position during assembly. This reduces installation costs by greatly reducing installation time and eliminating the costs of ejection pieces and repairs.

The first 2-3 steps of a MAThread® thread are rounded. Thanks to these initial threads, the bolt and nut are always aligned in the correct position according to the thread.This prevents any damage to the threads during installation, incorrect screwing, and the influence of paint during installation.

Such threads are used in various industries such as: automotive industry, motorcycle industry, snow vehicle industry, off-road vehicle industry, computer industry, printers, furniture, construction industry, heavy construction machinery, tractor industry, and numerous others.Due to their unique properties, MAThread® threads have become the preferred standard screws for companies such as General Motors, Stellantis, Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Volvo and many others.
