100% final control
With the help of an universal sorting machines, we can provide our customers with a 100% final control. Sorting can be done using either optics or lasers. The machines also have built-in electromagnetic loops which we use to control the presence of surface protection and the adequacy of heat treatment. We also have the possibility of filling cracks that may arise during the cold forging process.

Research and measurements
Own laboratory
Our laboratory also allows us to measure tensile strength (Rm), perform hardness testing pursuant to HRC, HV and HRB, and magnification of up to 1000 times. For all microscopic needs, we also have the necessary equipment in our laboratory to prepare bakelite samples needed to inspect the microstructure on the microscope.
